When contacting me about work please try to give me a good general idea of what you have in mind!
Including the following information would help me a lot:
- What is your project about? Genre, purpose, target group, style?
- What can I do for you there? How many illustrations do you need? How detailed?
- What is this going to be used for? How long? Where?
- Please include if there are known deadlines (or try to give the time frame a good estimation)
- What are your “must-haves” and your rough budget?
I love to find effective ways to incorporate illustrations, but it obviously is quite helpful to figure out how I can best help you first!
If just asking a random question: Just try to be precise in what you want to know!
It improves the chances of me actually getting around to answer you a lot! : )
Technical questions or advice can take quite a bit of effort too and are lower priority than work.
So please don’t be sad if I forget or just couldn’t answer in a reasonable time-frame!

Die folgenden Informationen helfen mir dabei z.B. sehr:
- Worum geht es bei ihrem Projekt? Genre, Zweck, Zielgruppe, Stil?
- Was kann ich dabei für Sie tun? Wie viele Illustrationen? Wie detailliert?
- Für was sollen die Illustrationen tatsächlich genutzt werden? Wie lange? Wo?
- Bitte nennen Sie mir doch auch bekannte Deadlines/feste Termine (oder versuchen Sie mir alternativ eine gute Einschätzung zu geben.)
. Was sind Ihre Hauptwünsche/ “must-haves” und ihr grobes Budget?
Ich liebe es Wege zu finden Illustrationen effektiv einzusetzen, aber es ist immer hilfreich ersteinmal zu wissen wie ich Ihnen konkret helfen kann!
Falls Sie (oder ihr!) nur eine random Frage stellen wollt: Seid bitte so präzise wie möglich.
Das erhöht die Chancen, dass ich tatsächlich dazu komme Ihnen/euch zu antworten ganz erheblich! :)
Technische Fragen oder Ratschläge können einiges an Mühe kosten, und sind niedrigere Priorität als meine Arbeit.
Also seid bitte nicht traurig, wenn ich es vergesse oder nicht in einem angemessenen Zeitraum dazu komme!
